Breakout Session Offerings

Morning Sessions:

Release - In this group, Rachel Mistretta will teach you about using essential oils to help you let go of things you are emotionally tied to, and to replace them with God's truth. You will leave this session with a rollerball featuring a special blend of essential oils to help you release any emotional baggage you may be hanging onto.

Refurbish - You won't want to miss Grace Sands' group as she teaches you how to make a wooden, farmhouse-style sign for your home, and creates an atmosphere perfect for conversation.

Reenergize - Kacey Shelter's session will focus on reenergizing your prayer life while balancing work, family, faith, and fitness. Kacey will lead a short, light workout and will give you the opportunity to make your own protein shake. (If you are interested in taking this class, please dress comfortably for light exercise, or bring a change of clothes).

Relax - What is more relaxing than a cup of tea in your favorite mug? In this session, Jessica McKeever will show you how to make your own Rae Dunn inspired mug and a special tea blend for you to enjoy at home.

Revitalize - In this session, Rachel Irish will show you the basics of building a balanced salad so that you'll be able to make quick, filling, and delicious creations of your own at home without needing a recipe. She will also be serving three smoothies with hidden veggies that make a great meal for when you're a woman on the go.

Afternoon Sessions:

Receive - God wants you to have an abundant life. That's why he gave you Jesus; and with Jesus comes every good gift. You now have access to his favor, wisdom, righteousness, abundance, and peace. Yet, many of us continue to struggle receiveing theses things in our daily lives. In this session, Sherry Hirschman will teach you some biblical principles that will help you to walk in faith every day and receive all the blessings that God has for you.

Refine - Maureen Stahley will teach you how to pray effectively for God's will in the lives of our children, grandchildren, and spouse, in the hopes to marry your earthly perspective of these relationships with that of an eternally-minded God.

Resolve - Do you have a long list of why God can't or won't accept you? In this session, Joanna Mayer will discuss how Jesus didn't go to the cross so you can have partial victory in your life. He went to the cross to fully heal, restore, free and empower you by His Spirit to live in intimate relationship with Him. She will teach you how to activate spiritual strategies to help you identify and disarm lies you believe about God, forgive those who led you to believe the lies, and press into living a victorious, abundant life.

Refocus - Heidi Hatch will lead a group that will explore the 12 spiritual disciplines (meditation, prayer, fasting, study, simplicity, solitude, submission, service, confession, worship, guidance, and celebration) and show how incorporating them daily in our lives can help us turn our eyes back to what matters most.

Rethink - God designed the family, but not all families look alike. In this session, Sheri Leinhart will share her personal story of how her family was made through foster care and adoption. She will encourage you to believe that God's story for your family is better that you could have ever imagined on your own. For those interested, or those already involved with foster care, this session is for you.
